Return & Exchange Policy

The Pure Parenting Shop believes customer satisfaction is important. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition (unwashed, unworn, unused and in the packaging with original tags) for store credit.

• Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If an item is damaged upon receipt, The Pure Parenting Shop will work with the manufacturer to obtain the necessary product.
• Online purchases may be returned, less shipping fees, for store credit.
