The design measures 1.5" across the button top. The design is covered with mylar plastic so it can be wiped clean to be sanitary. Each badge reel is very lightweight, so it won't pull on your clothes. A retractable nylon cord rolls in and out of the reel, allowing you to easily swipe your ID card when needed, or conveniently reach your keys, small tools, or name badge. The spinning swivel clip back will easily clip to your scrubs, uniform, or work outfit.
